Return Policy

Bettina Knits™ custom garments are created specifically for you according to your preference in design and color. Each piece is thoroughly inspected to insure the utmost quality and detail. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 10 days in brand new condition. Customer is responsible for shipping charges.

Shipping And Handling

There is $12 charge for shipping and handling for each item.

CA residents add 7.75% sales tax. We do not currently ship outside the United States. Please contact us with inquiries.

Q. Can I purchase any style in any of the colors available?

A. Not all colors are available for all garments as many of these fine yarns have been discontinued. I have purchased all of the remaining stock from the companies carrying them.


Q. How should I store my Bettina Knit?

A. As it is the very nature of knitted garments to stretch, do not hang your Bettina Knit garment. Place it flat in a drawer or on a shelf.


Q. What fibers are they made from?

A. Bettina Knits™ garments are made from a variety of primarily imported yarns made up of different natural as well as synthetic fibers. Each garment has been hand selected and tested by Bettina for minimal shedding, itching, etc. The fringe may contain an additional silk ribbon to metallic threads to make each garment shimmer with style.


Q. What is the best way to clean my Bettina Knit?

A. Tie off the luxurious fringe and/or wrap aluminum foil around it to keep it dry and out of the way. Dry clean or gently hand wash in a sink filled with ice cold water and mild soap. Squeeze, but do not wring, and lay flat to dry. Do not machine wash or dry. For throws, spot clean only.


Q.How will I receive my garments?

A. All of Bettina Knits™ come beautifully packaged, wrapped in metallic gold tissue inside the signature glossy black box secured with a stunning gold ribbon. They are the perfect gift solution.


Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

A. Orders are shipped within 7 to 10 days; often sooner depending upon yarn availability. *Call for Rush Order.
